weather cold sunny day
Went for a drive to Louth. Lots of goats and some sheep. more cotton grown around Bourke, The soil mainly red staring out as light grey clay. Back for lunch at Bourke Port Cafe. Then went out to see Bourke Wier. First Weir and lock on the Darling/Murray River system 1897.
