We stopped off at Croydon today to have another look around so glad we did because there was a lot more to see then we realised.
Some nice free camping spots on the way to Georgetown Gilbert River and Cumberland Chimney which had a lovely lake and lots of birds.
Arrived at Georgetown stopped off at the visitors information centre and then booked in for the next 2 nights to Goldfields Caravan Park, is very nice and nice people who run it.
