THURSDAY 17TH JULY 2014 DENHAM

Lots of pink and yellow wild flowers on our way the Hamelin Pool Shark Bay.  Stromatolites, amazing, living organism.  Had lunch at Shell Bay, The most amazing beach here all made up of these tiny Fragum cockle shells and a great expanse of beach before getting to the water, low tide. They use to mine the shells to make bricks from them for building.

SUNDAY 20TH JULY 2014 KALBARRI

Morning tea at Overlander Road House, lunch at Galena Bridge very pretty beside the river, trees with open fire places.  Farming in evidence with desolate patches quite strange  Kalbarri seems to be a nice little beach town.   The weather is cool and overcast today.  The Murchison Caravan Park here is very nice, a big 4.  Just across from the beach.
